This butternut squash soup is so easy to make and only needs four ingredients! This is a healthy soup that is thick, creamy, and delicious! You will absolutely love this It takes approximately 30 minutes to make on the stove, but it can also be cooked instantly in the pot.
Ingredients
  1. Butternut
  2. Cinnamon
  3. Vegetable soup 
  4. salt
How to do 
  • Peel the skin and Chop the butternut Try to chop it in so small pieces so that it can cook faster. 
  • Take a large pot, combine the butternut squash cubes, 3 cups of vegetable broth, a pinch of cinnamon, and salt (just a small pinch). 
  • Bring the pot to a boil at high heat, and place a lid to cover it. Reduce the heat to low and slightly move the lid once the soup has boiled. 
  • The butternut squash cubes will be very soft and easy to mash so mash it with a fork or spoon after about 20 minutes of cooking let it cool off. 
  • Turn off the heat when the squash is tender and totally cooked. When you feel its fully cooked stop the stove and use a blender to make it into a paste. 
  • If you want the soup to be thinner you can add a cup of vegetable stock to it and match it with the consistency
  • Serve hot

Baked Apples using the air fryer

The sweet, soft apples, topped with oats or a paleo crumble, are the dream autumn or winter treat. Especially with ice cream, whipped cream, or vanilla yoghurt on top! And you can decorate it more as you want
 Ingredients 
  1. Apple
  2. Cinnamon
  3. Crumbled oats
  4. Maple syrup
  5. Avocado oil or olive oil 
  6. Salt

How to do: 
  • To start, cut the apple in half in the middle of the stem.
  •  Scoop out the seeds in the centre using a spoon or a cutter if you have any, don't want to go too far; all you want to do is get the seeds out. Also, if needed, use a knife to remove any remaining stems from the apples. 
  • Sprinkle a little Cinnamon all over the apples. Combine the Rolled oats, maple syrup, cinnamon, olive oil and a little pinch of salt to increase the taste of the sweetness in a small mixing dish.
  •  Spread the crumble evenly over the apples. For medium-sized apples, bake in an air fryer at 350°F for 10 minutes. If you have huge apples, you may need to put them for longer in the oven. 
  • Remove it gently from the air fryer (they are hot) and enjoy after they have cooled little.
  • Our baked apples are ready to be served.
